How to register to become a referee
EDYSL Referees: Referee game assignments has transitioned from www.MySoccerLeague.com to www.refscheduler.net. Scheduling will be assigned via Refscheduler for all EDYSL matches. Officials looking to be part and receive communications are encouraged to register onto our www.refscheduler.net
Here are the steps to get registered:
- Go to browser and type in www.refscheduler.net
- Click on USSF button – Click Continue
- Select State: will default to CA-N – Click Continue
- Select District: Click drop down arrow, click 4 – Click Continue
- Select your Club/League: Click drop down arrow, click EDYSL – East Diablo Youth
- Soccer League – Click Login
- Click on New Referee Sign-Up
- Please fill out the required fields that are identified with a * .
- Note: ZIP Code is also a required field.
- Click Submit New Referee Request
- EDYSL Referee administrators will receive your request and approve accordingly

Participation:
Participation is required for the success of this program. We are aware that this is new to many of us, but these are the tools that are provided for us in order to develop and grow the EDYSL referee and represent the league program. If you are not able to participate in the run; it is at least recommend that you participate in the Field Session Training (mechanic and field work). Here is our Fun Run and Field Session/training information for Officials and those looking to learn and grow with our program.:
Class Room Session
- When: Friday July 9th
- Time: 6:30-8:00pm
- Where: EDYSL Office
- Address: 415 Beatrice Ste H Brentwood Ca (cross street Sunset Rd.)
- Who: Open to all officials, Inquirying about officiating and those looking to become officials. Again, it doesn’t matter if you are a Referee in training or State Referee.
Field Session
- When: Saturday July 10th
- Time: 10:00-11:30am
- Where: TBD
- Address: TBD
- Who: Open to all officials, Inquirying about officiating and those looking to become officials. Again, it doesn’t matter if you are a Referee in training or State Referee.
This is not a Pass or Fail Session/training It is a opportunity for all to come and work and Learn with Bob Sabella. After the fun run is conducted, Bob will work on the basic fundamentals in the area of Officials and Assistant Referees.
